At the beginning of 1761-1784, PT. A.W. Faber-Castell produces only pencils. In Stein near Nuremberg, Kaspar Faber, a cabinet maker to produce a pencil first, called “Bleiweibstifte”. These pencils are sold in the market Nuremberg. Faber-Castell in Indonesia, began to present at the beginning of the 1990s by setting up a pencil factory (PT AW Faber-Castell Indonesia). In Indonesia, Faber-Castell began serious work on the distribution and marketing in Indonesia in 1999 was preceded by a local company called PT.
